Registering With Us As a Patient

Please apply in person to the Office Manager or enquire at the reception desk. The new NHS rules allow registration with a practice rather than a specific GP. You may see any doctor, however, wherever possible, it is best to see one doctor throughout the duration of any continuing problem, or if there are any long-term problems.
